New Electric Vehicle Charging Station Policy Approved

The Board of Directors has been researching the issue of charging stations for many months, working with the Association attorney, and looking at the policies developed by other homeowners associations in our area. As stated in previous website posts and at several in-person community meetings, the issue has been how to allow charging stations on Common Areas in the townhouse sections of Foxfield.

The Board is pleased to announced that a policy has been written and approved by both the Association’s attorney and the Board. It states the requirements that must be followed by Foxfield Owners who wish to install an electric vehicle charging station on Foxfield property.
